Job Vacancies

The Marlow Education Trust is fully committed to the DfE guidance on Safeguarding Children and Safer Recruitment in Education and all candidates for the post will therefore be subject to vetting procedures following Buckinghamshire Council’s guidance and the Trust’s Recruitment and Selection Policy. 

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore applicants are required to declare:

  • All unspent cautions and convictions cautions
  • All adult cautions and spent convictions that are not protected (i.e. that are not filtered out) as defined by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (as amended in 2020).

 

The post is subject to an enhanced DBS including the children's barred list check and qualifications check.

As part of the Marlow Education Trust's Safer Recruitment due diligence checks, online searches may be conducted for shortlisted candidates.
